2005 Remodel - 8545 SW 9th Ave

This 1948 Bungalow was remodeled and brought back to life. From top to bottom, every surface of this home was redone and brought back to life. Our top priority was preserving the charm of this 2400 sq/ft home. The evidence speeks for its self and is evident in the photos.

2007 Remodel - 5605 SW Corbett

This 1925 home had 95% remodel. The house was gutted down to the studs and new electrical, pluming, siding, sheetrock and every single surface was replaced, leaving only the frame and the original hardwood floors. It was a long process that was worth the wait. Old world charm with modern day finishes

2008 - 9910 SW 61st Ave

This 1955 rambling ranch home was remodeled when the new owner took possesion and realized many of the projects were not done right. Stonefly Construction was brought in to make the corrections and bring this house to a level any homeowner could be proud of and could feel safe having thier children occupy. From the front door, to the back yard, this house turned out beautiful.

2010 - Cape Meares, Oregon Coast

Picture
This wonderful beach front cottage on stilts recieved a complete exterior "face-lift". We removed all the old vinyl siding and replaced it with Cedar and a NICHIHA fiber cement products. We had to replace all the doors and flashing with ocean front hardware. After the last hurricane pounded this house with 120 MPH winds we replaced many of the stainless steel supports to make it even more of a fighter!
